After a busy week and some great customer feedback, I am very excited to announce the newest concoction from the Brownie Owl kitchen, the Vegan Pecan Brownie!
We have been wanting to offer a vegan brownie for years, with many of the shops we supply expressing interest in catering for Manchester’s buzzing vegan scene. So after some serious experimenting, and more than a few head-scratcher moments, we have created a recipe that we are proud to have as part of the Brownie Owl family. The Vegan Pecan Brownie is a great flavour combination of rich dark chocolate and earthy crushed pecans, a perfect accompaniment for your afternoon brew.
While this is our first plant-based brownie, here at The Brownie Owl we try and have a little of something for everyone, because who doesn’t love a cake with their coffee? Our range of traditional brownies and traybakes come in a huge variety of flavours, including the Choccy O!, The Nut Job, White Choc Chunk and Bad Boy Salted Caramel, which are also gluten free!
